Refund & Return Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

Jewellery is bought for a reason and kept for years, so we would rather you were sure than sorry. This page explains when money comes back, and how.

Before your order is confirmed

An order that we have not yet confirmed can be cancelled by telling us on WhatsApp or by phone. If you have already paid, the full amount is returned — no deduction of any kind.

If we cannot supply the piece

Sometimes a piece is sold at the counter before we see your online order. If that happens we will tell you, and you can either choose another piece or take the money back in full.

After your order is confirmed

  • A ready-made piece, unworn and with its packing and bill, can be returned within 7 days of collection.
  • The metal is taken back at the shop's buy-back rate on the day of return. Making charges and any taxes already paid are not refundable, because that work has been done.
  • A piece made to order, resized, engraved or altered for you cannot be returned. It was made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
  • Damaged or worn pieces are assessed at the counter before anything is agreed.

Exchange

You may exchange a piece for another of equal or higher value within 15 days. The exchange is worked out at the rates on the day you come in, not the day you bought.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the same UPI ID or bank account the payment came from. We do not refund in cash for an online payment, and we do not refund to a different account than the one that paid.

Once we approve a refund it is sent within 3 working days. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank — usually the same day, sometimes up to a week.

Faulty work

If a piece fails because of how it was made — a clasp, a solder, a stone setting — bring it in. We will repair it, and if it cannot be repaired properly we will replace it or return your money. This is separate from the return window above and is not limited to 7 days.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or come into the shop with the piece and the bill. Talk to us first; almost everything is easier settled across the counter.
